We guarantee our products to be shipped and or sold as per the original order placed by you or personalized product order with us. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or similar one.
Understandably, personalized and custom items cannot be accepted for exchange return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All exchanges must be made within 5 days of the original receipt.
We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!)
Please review your personalization or customized item information before submitting your order. Check all parts, hard drive size and memory as well as necessary ports carefully, screen size, operating system, etc.

Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed and paid for, as they are immediately sent for ordering, assembling, packaging and then shipping.
These are alfalogos.ca’s Standard Return for Exchange Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the alfalogos.ca website.
All product returns for exchange require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to send back to us. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to us and we will cover the shipping cost back to you.
There is no refund for customer’s remorse after the purchase and or after paying in full for the order. There is not refund for customer’s error ordering and the exchange policy does not qualify the customer for an exchange.
Products that are not eligible for return EXCHANGED, will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
Any product not purchased from alfalogos.ca
Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
Any product that exhibits physical damage
